Welcome Dr. Michael Schlaefer

Park Dental is excited to welcome Dr. Michael Schlaefer! Dr. Schlaefer will be practicing at our Savage location.

In 1981, Dr. Schlaefer received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Later in 1985, Dr. Schlaefer obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

What Dr. Schlaefer enjoys most about dentistry is the privilege of being able to meet people on a very personal level. His goal is always to provide quality care and optimize the patient’s dental health. Dr Schlaefer said, “many times, patients present complex problems that are overwhelming to them from a cosmetic, functional, and financial perspective. I enjoy simplifying and phasing treatment plans so that the process of getting restorative care done becomes manageable for the patient.”

Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing with friends, traveling with family, and fishing.
