Park Dental Named Top Workplace by Star Tribune

I am very excited to share with you that Park Dental was recently named a Top 150 Workplace in the Large Company category (defined as 500 employees or more) by the Star Tribune newspaper. The listing of Star Tribune Top Workplaces was published in a special section of the Sunday, June 24, edition of the Minneapolis paper. This recognition affirms that Park Dental ranks among the best employers in Minnesota – a fact we have long believed, but it’s exciting to have some external validation.

The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey that many of our doctors and team members completed a few months ago. We had 772 responses to the survey. These answers and comments were the basis for the Top Workplaces recognition.

More than 2,400 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and over 71,000 employees shared their views. The Star Tribune used this information to make their Top Workplaces designations. As one of only 150 companies recognized this year, we are most certainly in elite company. We are honored to be included in the list of Top Workplaces, especially since the ultimate judges were our very own Park Dental’s doctors and team members.

We believe being a Star Tribune Top Workplace is yet another point of differentiation Park Dental has over other organizations competing for top talent today in the state. As a patient or prospective patient, I hope our doctors’ and team members’ satisfaction with their roles and workplaces carries through to the care you receive. I certainly believe it plays a significant part of our efforts to improve even more people’s lives as a “Leader in Oral Health!”
