Outside of the office, I like to be active running, biking, playing sports and cheering on all of our Minnesota sports teams. I also enjoy traveling with family and friends.

I was told that I needed a crown. It felt like the assumption was to just go ahead and schedule it. I don't have coverage for a crown. I wish there had been some discussion around how I might be able to work with the office to make this happen. I didn't really get an idea of a plan that might work for me and what I should do in the meantime with my oral health.

Since this was an urgent appointment and my regular dentist was unavailable, I saw a different dentist and he was great. Particularly, I'd like to mention how great the assistant was. She was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything so thoroughly. Extremely nice while maintaining a professionalism. I felt like I was in very good hands with both her and the dentist and I appreciate how pleasant the appointment was.

Mary and Dr. Hagen we're wonderful and I had a great experience. I was with my last dentist for 30+ years, and chose Park Dental after he retired. He was awesome, but I believe Park Dental will match him!

The dentist may have spent 2-3 minutes with me. He checked my teeth and then exited. We had very little conversation, and I really didn't get much advice from him. I'm relying on the hygienist. She did a nice job of explaining the choices I have for whitening my teeth.

Dr Hagen was terrific at fitting me in right away and getting my cracked tooth fixed right away. I was worried I would have to wait a few days but they slid me right in and fixed it up right away. Terrific service and it was much appreciated on my part.

Generally wait a considerable amount of time after cleaning and before dentist examination. I could probably get out of the office 10-15 minutes sooner if I didn't have to wait so long for the dentist to do the examination.

These are very hard to answer as most of my time was spent with the dental hygienist. The doctor visit was very short and seemed very cursory, although friendly. I have to admit also that I tend to have no real dental issues.

X-rays were taken, 9 days later I suffered a broken tooth as a result of substantial decay. I don't know if the X-ray revealed the decay but no mention was made of it to me.
