I feel like I have no idea what the game plan is. They tell me loosely that I should do certain things but nothing is brought again. It would be nice if patients left with paperwork stating what was done and what should be considered for the future. The dentist was distant, no rapport established. For some reason she is the dentist I'm scheduled with, no choice given.

The problem area was pointed out to me in xray and turned out to be an excellent diagnosis. However, from my perspective, it wasn't lining up with what I could see with my own eyes and I had no discomfort that confirmed it was in the problem area. It took me one half hour at home to actually see the problem area and confirm visually it was there. I know Park Dental has inside-the-mouth photo capability. Had I been shown a close up photo of the problem area In the office I would have been able to digest the information much more quickly. That would have helped me a lot. My questions were answered, I just didn't think to ask for visual confirmation. Things were feeling a little rushed.

Dr. Maroney is great! I did not come in for my last schedule treatment and I'm still hesitant about it. I asked If it was necessary since the sensitivity got better. I preferred not to have it if it wasn't necessary. She explained the cons for not having it done but agreed that she'll keep an eye on it and re-evaluate it in 6mos.

Why do some doctors not have a star rating or comments?

In order to provide our patients with the most accurate and beneficial information, we only post star ratings and comments for a doctor once they have received a minimum of 30 surveys within the previous 12 months.
