Dr. Thai took time to thoroughly explain what I'm certain is a VERY common procedure as though it were the only thing on his mind at the time. It was an excellent experience and, frankly, I wish he and his assistant were my regular care providers!

Dr Thai is amazing! He is so calming, reassuring and really explains everything as he goes along. He is so caring, professional and really takes his time in a no rush atmosphere. I have so much respect for him. He doesn't judge or make you feel bad that another tooth needs pulling.

I was very impressed with Dr. Thai. He explained the issue showing the xray. He explained the pro's and con's that we may encounter after healing for 4 months. He explained what he was going to do every step of the way. I received a call from him late in the afternoon as he checked in to make sure all was well and if I had any questions. EXCELLENT!

I was pretty nervous about a lower right molar being extracted, the first stage of an implant and a crown. The assistant, in addition to taking my information, started answering some questions, which put me at ease, and when she felt it was a medical question, she said to make sure I asked the surgeon. By the time he came in, I was much more at ease. But, I had more questions for him, about the mechanics of the bone graft, the material for the post, durability, and risks. I got my answers clearly and patiently. I envisioned the procedure like Dustin Hoffman got in Marathon Man, but it went very smoothly, if that's the right word. Explanations for the post-procedure care were also good.
