I chose dentistry because it allows me to serve people by helping them maintain and improve their oral health, function, and aesthetics while striving for excellence and compassionate care. Dentistry is a healthcare field that is incredibly rewarding, and it’s a profession where the learning never stops. I am passionate about volunteering and providing dental care where it’s needed, which I’ve been doing through various organizations such as Give Kids a Smile, Team Smile, Special Olympics-Special Smiles, Hope Clinic, and on missionary trips to Honduras with IHS Minnesota and Rotary Club Honduras.

Outside of dentistry, I enjoy a variety of activities including traveling, cooking, and taking cooking classes with my husband, Greg. I’m also an avid cyclist, skier, hiker, and reader. Spending time at the park with our two mini-Schnauzers, Leo and Zoe, brings me great joy. I cherish moments with family and friends, and some of our favorite destinations to visit are Minnesota North Shore, Roatán, Honduras, and Whitefish, Montana.

I was a long-time patient of Dr Hagerman. He retired and had my fist check-up with Dr Weber followed by a procedure to replace an existing crown and the addition of a new crown for a broken tooth. I was beyond pleased with the job Dr Weber did and am happy to have her as my new dentist!

First time I'd seen this dentist. Was perhaps 3-4 minutes total, mostly a recommendation for a WaterPik. There wasn't any pressing problem or anything wrong, but also not much of any value during this visit.

This was my first appointment with Dr Weber after Dr Hagerman's retirement. Her exam was thorough and did not feel rushed. She answered all questions I had with patience and detail that I found very helpful.

I very much appreciated Dr Weber. Her exam was thorough and she let me know what each of the steps would involve. She then explained her diagnosis, clearly telling me why she came to the conclusions she did. She then discussed what my role could be and why she was making the referral she made. I am very glad Dr. Weber has joined the practice.
